The "Credentials needed" request pops up on "Notifications" on my Android telephone.
When I select it the screen changes to a white box headed

Username
REMOVED@ntlworld.com

Security type
SSL/TLS
Cancel Next
When selecting NEXT a popup screen says "Problem with account setup Your username or password is incorect"
There is no indication where this message originated.
I have checked my Gmail account and whilst messages are being forwarded from my active Virgin mail account there is no sign of this message.
As it won't accept any passwords that I can remember, nor can I request a password change, I would like to be able to cancel this notification.
