Unable to access emails
I have been unable to access my email addresses for 6 days. Every time I try to log in both addresses say email or password incorrect. I still have an active VM account. I did a web chat with an agent who said my account was locked due to suspicious activity but could not tell me what activity it was. I had been using my emails and saw nothing untoward. I was told it had been passed on to I.T to reactivate (ref P013021593) but I still cannot log in. This happened a few years ago and took a month to resolve, I hope it is not the same this time. I hope someone from Virgin can help sort this ASAP
