I had my blueyonder emails all fine on my device and then I got a pop up to say I needed to put in my password and it won't reset. I spent over 3 hours on live chat and the person said they had logged a call with IT and gave me a ticket number P012653887 and said they would be in touch and I have heard nothing. Could a member of the forum team help?
