I am very confused. I can get my emails using my chromebook, albeit there have been issues usually solved by using an incognito page. However, using Microsoft Edge has suddenly become problematic. The new system of accessing emails from My Virgin Media account page is cumbersome enough but today it has been impossible. Once the captchas have been negotiated all I get is a wait then a timed out message. Occasionally the outline of the inbox page flashes up momentarily then back to three dots and timed out.
Any advice, will it just rectify itself?

Sorry to hear you're having issues access your emails on Microsoft Edge.
Just to confirm, do you have access to your Virgin Media online account and emails on other browsers?
Does the same issue occur on other devices?
Are you able to access the My Virgin Media app okay?

Only just picked up the message, the problem seemed to clear itself the next day coincidentally there was a Windows update. The problem has returned today on the Lenovo using Edge but ok on Chromebook. Do you sugggest installing a different browser? Have never used the My Virgin Media app, smartphones get the emails. Can you suggest anything that might explain this recurring issue?

Just switched to chrome and seems to be ok. Any ide why this should have happened after years of having no issues?
