Why is it not possible to whitelist email addresses to prevent legitimate emails going into Spam?
I read my emails on Outlook so can't easily check the VM spam folder without going through the webmail (what a palaver it is to get to that these days).
I know I can change the setting on the webmail account to switch off the filter but that's not the point, I'm happy to have the filter, I just want to whitelist email addresses the VM spam filter gets wrong.
Oddly some of the emails identified as SPAM come from VM themselves #Bizarre.
