Secondary email

My primary email account (ntlwotld) was hacked some years ago. You could not delete and advised me to create a secondary one for use (virginmedia.com). I did this with no issues.

however I now cannot send from it, tells me I have a password error. I can’t change because apparently it is locked.

can you fix or do I just jack in the whole shoddy service and go somewhere else.
