Hi There,
I have an old ntlworld email account that is still active and receiving mail after a couple of years leaving Virgin. As it is no longer possible to change the password on this account it remains active and a potential risk.
Posting on here appears to be the best way to get this resolved via DM.
Sorry for the noise but I can no longer raise a service request as my account is not active.
