Good evening,
I was trying to set up my virginO2 account but inadvertently deleted my wife's email account as she was logged into pc. Is it possible to get my wifes secondary account reinstated? I am the main account holder.
I've been in touch with customer services via whatssapp and they told me to try and log in after 2 hours, which hasen't worked. She's waiting important emails & i'm in the doghouse.

Was it deleted via My Virgin Media | Virgin Media or from within an email client; if the latter then re-setting it up again should resolve the issue?

It was deleted via Virgin Media, as at the time i was trying to set up virgin/O2 login and accidentily deleted it.

just wondered what help you got with your query. We just have the same situation, but we put in passwords and nothing happens. My husband’s account works, but mine doesn’t at the moment. Is there a number to ring or something? Need some help if possible please.🙇♀️

So what happened Lee? I know it was a year ago, but I’m the wife in the same position today! Virgin said my email would be reinstated in 3/4 days last Thursday (28th Nov) and nothing so far. How long did you wait? Did anyone help you? If so, who?
