Hi, could someone remove me from all marketing calls, i am constantly getting calls from virgin media i have answered & advised i do not want to make any changes (i already have a package costing just under £140 per month) but the calls continue.

Go to MVM and remove all marketing options.

Hey @Neal2,Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.As stated above you are able to opt yourself out of Marketing via our MYVM app, have you been able to do this for yourself?Joe
