Once again I am having trouble with password resetting and Virgin
I am trying to reset my Virgin Media password - I have the third party email address login set up for two accounts
One I have managed to reset OK and the second one I try to reset the password and no matter what I try it keeps saying that I cannot use my username
I have tried a silly password that only contains numbers and special characters but all of them say it contains my username!!
I have seen previous posts but responses seem to be by DMs
an any here or VM tech advise please? I can’t access my emails….
