emailed started being collected in Outlook a few days ago but it has stopped working 2-3 days ago.

Thanks have eventually got this to work. However the instructions were helpful but not totally accurate. This is totally correct. VM support should know who is connection to blueyonder servers and advice...pfffff
Anyhow for now it is working. Kudos

I thought this was fixed when I changed the server settings but the problem still persists ...emails are available on the web portal but Outlook fails to collect them....as before now and then it works...maybe once per day or so...Outlook set to check for new emails every 5 minutes.

checked and all fine.....this worked intermittantly yesterday....all this started when the server was upgraged or whatever about 6 weeka ago....emails worked yesterday to outlook....today nada...

yes did that a while ago.....did not make any difference. Have you seen the CURL output :

Not sure there is any way you can change/edit certificate properties in outlook.
Any advice appreciated.
