Outlook 2019 error 0x800CCC67

I get error 0x800CCC67 when sending email from an Outlook IMAP mailbox. My settings for the SMTP are as follows:

smtp.ntlworld.com

Port address: 465 with SSL

I have an ntlworld email address.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear of your issues with your email, can you confirm with this are you able to log in to our website version of the email and able to send fine through there? Have you also performed a full password reset?
