Alessandro Volta

If it has been closed by VM then all trace of it will have gone. There will be nothing to see.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

Hi @Jayne9, thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to hear of desire to access what appears to be a former E-Mail account.

We would have to advise that E-Mail accounts are only issued to active subscribers and once their services are disconnection, there is a period of up to 90 days to utilise the E-Mail address that was held with their active service.

Presuming I already know the answer to this one from your post, but does cancellation of our services happen to be within 90 days?

Thanks,

David_Bn
