Old blueyonder email addresses need removing

I am receiving spam/junk to my current email addresses via 2 old blueyonder email addresses. I have not been on Virgin Media for 10 years plus so cannot log in to my account. I need them deleted urgently please.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your 2 old email accounts.
I'd like to take a look into this for you and get them deleted.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to take some details. 
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
