Hello - I have an active Blueyonder email account but I am no longer a VM customer and despite the fact that I know the email should not be active past 90 days , its been 18 months since I closed my account. The email account still appears to be active and has now been hacked and my friends and colleagues are complaining . I have called the help line only to be told there was nothing VM could do which is unacceptable. please advise ....

@whelanh The VM Forum Team staff should be able to get this email address closed down for you. They will respond here in due course.
You need to be aware that the emails that your friends are receiving may be using spoofed addresses and may not actually be coming from your blueyonder email account. If this is the case then they may continue even after your account is fully deleted.
