I’ve been trying off and on for months to change passwords for security reasons/sign in on new device with my nil email addresses. I’m just going round in circles. Get into my virgin media and choose the email password and then seems to want my virgin media email address not one of the several ntlworld email addresses I have.

VM have changed their email login procedures. To set up your new device you will need to follow the procedure here:
