Hi,
since i replied to an email supposedly from Virgin regarding my bill my Ntlworld.com Email account has been hacked
and i am unable to log in. I have 2 Virgin media email accounts and the other 1 seems fine.

@shibble Sad to read that you have yet again fallen for a scammers message and revealed your account details. Depending on what details you have given the scammer there are several steps you need to take. If you revealed any bank details you should contact your bank immediately via the phone number they supply for security issues. You should also change the password for your Ntlworld account and any other accounts that you use the Ntlworld email address as a username for.

Thank you for the reply, when i try to change the password for that account i am unable to.
There are no bank details in the email account, it is just so annoying as that is my main email account.
