Not recieving Microsoft Verification emails

Like many users in this forum, I am not receiving verification emails from Microsoft. My email is a Blueyonder account, and the few that do arrive appear anywhere between 6 and 12 hours later.  I can...

    Just received the "first one".

    First Email (Microsoft to Microsoft) started here.

    So it looks like it was held up in the microsoft servers (VM Blocking connections or a Microsoft problem).

    Then it took another 5 mins (the time many 2fa Keys expire in!) to make it through the spam checks.

    Fun Fact - If you disable the SPAM settings - It still has to pass through the spam check.
