Not receiving emails AGAIN

as per title. Can send emails, but not receive them. Waiting for 2FA code for banking, supposed to be valid for 10 mins, was sent by bank 15 mins ago, NOT RECEIVED YET, asked for a resend, which they state they have sent 5 mins ago, yet, NOTHING. strange that they can receive mine, but I cannot get theirs?

Also, just tried to send an email to my VM account from a talk talk one 10 mins ago, and that hasn't arrived either!! 

So, VM, Now what's the problem. Unable to use banking because you can't provide a 'working' service..

FWIW I just emailed my ntlworld address from two separate external accounts and both arrived immediately.

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service and thank you so much again for reaching out. Can I just confirm, do the emails never show in your inbox or are they coming through later? Have you also checked they are not in the spam folder?
