1) How are you trying to log into the email account? (Please be specific about if this is via our webmail site 👉 https://virg.in/webmail or via any Clientmail service - such as outlook, the Gmail app, thunderbird etc.)
2) Are you getting any error message or code when trying to log in? 

3) Do you currently have access to My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM 

4) Are you currently an active customer with our services?

I am a VM VM customer. Login via Classic Outlook

@Walter Previously in this thread you have said that you were using VM webmail via a browser to access your email accounts and that the page was getting stuck at the loading stage with the dots moving from left to right.  The link for webmail is https://mail.virginmedia.com/

In your latest reply you now say you are using 'classic Outlook' which, assuming you mean a version of the Microsoft Outlook email client is a different method of access to webmail.

It is very difficult for the VM staff or other users to assist without seeing exactly what you are seeing.  I appreciate that you are in your eighties and find technology challenging.  Do you have a family friend or relative who may be able to help you or could post on your behalf with more detail?

My sister is 40 miles away

I can see one email account but not the other, they were created within minutes of each other, the only difference is the password.

I tried webmail and my mail did not show so \i tried  Outout look try out look \classiscnuy my emails did not show, a friend was on the phone for the best part of an hour he explained the I have very bad hearing After an hour \vm said the world my friend back in 20 mins, they call e phot my friend in  1 half  and you ns.they phoned me after fiend told the that very bad hearing, What planet is VM on/.

My friend has phoned VM again and this time VM has admitted there is a problem and this time  VM has given his given him a ticket reference
