Is there any way to restrict the number of emails on a Ntlworld email account?

The dots appear as the webmail page is loading. If they are present for more than a few seconds it generally indicates an issue loading the page. This is usually because some other process is running on the pc and using up a lot of resources.
I frequently see this when my internet security program is updating it's database with the latest version.

Thanks Walter,
Could you please try using a different internet browser to load your email? (Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc)
If this does not help, then please try using a different device to log on.
Thanks,
Meg

We see, do the loading dots just continue on or are you eventually redirected to another page? If it was an issue with your password, you'd be kept at the login screen and advised that either your password or email address is incorrect.
