I need to change my password due to security concerns and I'm having trouble logging in via the login page.
I keep getting the 'your password or email was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email'
My details are correct and its stuck in this loop. Please can someone contact me from VM to advise how to actually login to my account sucessfully.

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties logging in to your My VM / Email account.
What is likely happening, is the system is prompting you to provide a non NTLworld email address to use as the login. This means if there is any issue with the account you are able to access a password reset / email verification via an alternative account.
