NTL email problems

Hi, I have not been able to access emails, (NTL) via gmail or web mail since this afternoon. I have tried other devices and platforms all with the same message of :-

'error a temporary failure occurred during login. please try again later'

I did get my email page once, but it was completely empty, stripped bare, and then it disappeared!

I see that others with Virgin Media email are also having the same/similar problems.

Hi - I started another thread, then found this. We have 2 NTL addresses and from around 1pm today, literally stopped being able to send emails. This happened in the middle of an email exchange with a 3rd party, and completely without warning. Seems strange that I can't even load the Virgin email webpage to try and access

I have 5 email address' (family) linked to my main account and cannot sign in via web to any account. I did receive by email this morning, my monthly VM bill, clicked on the 'view my bill' button and got a continuous circling arrow on a blank page. I seems as though it's not just NTL but a few of the other associated emails belonging to Virgin Media. I started a new thread, so as not to jump on the back of the actual thread of the Virgin Media email poster, but it seems as though there are more, so probably will be merged.

We can only hope that it will be fixed soon

I am getting a messaage saying my device is not authenticating for an NTL address and when I try to sign in via the my virgin media account I can;t as I am getting a 403 Forbidden error. As usual there's no notice of any issue from Virgin and the usual impossibility of getting in touch with them (unless of course when you want to spend money, then you get through within seconds!). Not being able to see any emails at all and not being able to understand what is happening is maddening !!

Maybe this has fixed itself ??? (Maybe) as I'm not getting an account error message and it's updated.... but it's just so frustrating to have an issue with mail and not know what it is, how to fix it, or how to get help. No more posts from me... it's fixed. But maybe ..... I'll be back?

It hasn't fixed itself.  Still cannot get onto web mail.

I have just tried, after checking status now saying 'no problems' and ...

All email accounts are working again!!!

Hoping all of you will soon be on 'email' line again very soon.
