After a long battle I have managed to enable my primary ntlworld account on my new pc. I have not managedto migrate my other 2 ntlworld accounts across. I cannot see either of those accounte on the My Virgin Media web page. I can see and access them on my old pc and one of them via my mobile.
Can someone please provide a step by step walk through of how to remedy this b4 I have to call the Philipines for help.

Hey Tiptoe, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
When you say migrate to your new PC do you mean you are looking to set the emails up on it?
What happens when you try linking it together or adding a new account?
Does it give you an error code at all?
