Exactly how do I challenge the 'noreply' email I've received informing me that my email accounts are about to be closed - despite being a long standing (since dial-up days) customer?

Wait here for a reply from the VM forum team (usually within a few days). If you are a VM broadband customer they may be able to assist.

If by 'customer' you mean a broadband customer, you may be able to keep that email by getting it linked to a broadband account. Otherwise you will be losing it.
