I added an incorrect email address which need verification. 

I need to add my correct email address, but cannot see any option to reset this.

Help please.

I've had a good look around and can't see any private messages, sorry if I just going blind.

Could the private message by recent, please.

@Salam-86  If you are using a large screen device you should see an envelope icon in the top right corner of the community forum screen.  On a small screen device you need to click on your profile icon and choose Messages from the drop down menu.  This link will also take you direct to your community inbox: https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
