Having been locked out of my emails via the website app, again, since last Wednesday, two phone calls, one of which after 20mins the person just cut me off !,
the second call the operator tried to walk me through resetting my sign-in and and app password (again, twice in as many weeks) the reset / verification code email never got to my gmail account.....he wasn't sure why.
I have 0 (zero) confidence now in VM or the email functionality as I have several important emails (work, financial, medical) stored in folders on the app that I couldn't access.
So is there a way to mass export them all ? ( I can't spend hours doing one at a time)
Locking people out of there accounts for no reason is not funny, especially for time sensitive information.

Once (!) you get your email access sorted, try Mailstore to backup your emails.

Thanks, yea I'll look at that and migrate all my online accounts that use @virginmedia.com as I just can't trust them now, locking me out for days without access is not on given how much we pay.

I did this about a year ago when it was rumoured VM were not too interested in email for users? Bit of a pain, but worth it in the long run. Even now you need a 3rd party email for new accounts, so that's a bit of a red flag as well ......
