The provided login data to access e-mail server imap.ntlworld.com seems to be wrong. Please correct them.
How do I correct them? It is only my secondary address which is blocked out

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear about these issues with your secondary email account access.
Can we just check that you have a My VM login set up with the secondary email account? This is needed for managing the account, and generating email app passwords. Once set up, the account will have its own My VM Username, used to log in. You can read more about this in the help section at the bottom of this page 👉 How to manage my email account | Virgin Media Help .

Thank you for that assistance. Unfortunately, i cannot set up a secondary email account as the system doesn't allow any use of an ntlworld email address. Or am i going done the wrong route?

When changing the username for a secondary account you need to use a third party email address that you already have set up. If you don't already have a third party email address you can set one up with Gmail or MS Outlook, other providers are available as well.
