Former customer - email account deletion

Hello, I have an old ntlworld email address, but haven't been a customer of virgin media for at least 4 years, it has recently been hacked and I want the account deleted. The 'hacker' has been setting up subscriptions under this email and so I need this deleted as soon as possible.
