Email wont send

Hi there getting this message every time i send from Outlook, receive emails no problem but sending nothing,  don't want to keep forwarding to other email address to send any ideas please

People keep posting with the exact same problem but Virgin Media won't do anything to address it. Apparently if you go into your Outlook settings and tick "requires authentication" in server settings, that solves the problem.

Virgin have been messing around with their mail relays. For some people using authentication has solved the problem. Doesn't help if you can't access the password app (like me)
