I'm having an issue with my email account??

I am getting the following message when trying to access my emails: 

To use this account, you need to verify your identity. Tap your account below to sign in.

I enter my password but told it's failed?

Therefore, I have no access to my emails and attachments which I need. 

I have reported via WhatsApp. 

What's going on now Virgin??

i'm getting the same issues, changed my email password ok, and get emails ok, but now cannot log in to my virginmedia account, and the use forgotten password function doesn't send the email to redo virginmedia password...

Here we go again!

I cannot access my emails? 

Asking me to sign in again, there was a problem signing into your account. Enter your password again.

I do this but told sign in failed?

I've been told to ring virgin to reset my password?

So should imagine will take ages to get through to someone via phone. 

Can this be sorted online with tech or is it too much for Virgin to handle?

Once again Virgin have outdone themselves with utter poor service! 

Cannot access emails and no one at virgin can fix this, 3 days trying to sort! 

Long waits on phone. Complete time wasting, I don't need this hassle!

Lack of customer service and care again.

Absolute disgrace that Virgin have not informed customers of a lost of email service. 

No warnings as far as I'm aware and no explanation. 

BIG PROBLEM Virgin I can no longer access emails most likely along with many other customers.

Spent lots of time on the phone and WhatsApp trying to resolve but no help. 

What on earth is going on Virgin and when can I expect to have access to important emails and tickets etc?
