Delete virginmedia.com email address

I haven't been a customer of Virgin Media since 2019 but my @virginmedia.com email address is still available to use and it has now been hacked. Please can you advise how I can delete this account.

Thank you for your post. Sorry as well to hear your email account is still active.

We are able to get the email address deleted and any additional email address that you may have created.

I will need to send you a private message to take some details off you first.

 If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.

This has been raised with our IT team to be deleted.

Normal turnaround is 7-10 days.

You can check to see if it has been deleted here 

If it has been over 10 days, Can you please let me know.

Should have said 7-10 hours not days.
