Good morning
I had an original ntl email account from many years ago when I lived with my parents and iv been using it ever sinse.
This morning is seems I can't sign in, it says incorrect password. My concern is that it's been hacked and I can no longer log in.
I have been thinking about deleting the account for a while now as I have started using my current virgin media email address. Can someone advise how I can delete my old ntl account or if a member of the team could help me out with this.
Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your post @Adam021987, and welcome back to our Community Forums!
Sorry to hear of the issues with the E-Mail account, which from what I can gather is connected to a now 'Former' Virgin Media subscription.
We sadly have to advise that all E-Mail administration can only be completed by the account holder and therefore we would need you to ask them to contact us directly to have this removed.
Happy to do this via our Community Forums, but it cannot be done with a third party to the subscription
Thanks.

Hi David
Thanks for you're reply. My mum was the account holder, the email account was originally setup over 20 years ago by my mother when I lived at home.
What is easier, for her to phone or sign up to this forum?
Many thanks
Adam
