Hi,
we cancelled our Virgin Media account over a year ago but our ntlworld email is still active in that we can still send and receive emails with this address. I would like our old ntlworld email to be deleted.

VM will do this for you. I also had 4 NTL/VM mailboxes that were active long after the 90 days. From memory it took about 10 days in total for the request to be actioned and the 4 mailboxes deleted.
Just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

We're sorry to hear the mailbox hasn't been automatically deleted. This is something we can raise with IT though. In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
