Continued Email Difficulties - receiving emails

So I'd just like to post the following update,wherby my emails are STILL not arriving correctly.This is the fourth day now of at best,a VERY intermittent service.

Am still witing for several important emails to arrive,which haven't turned up during the week and are still floating around in cyberspace it would seem(Amazon order confirmations,Holiday bookings receipts)which at best,isn't great.

Sending myself a test email from my Gmail account to my @ntlworld.com is NORMALLY instantaneous,with it appearing in VM's on site servers straight away,but at the moment I get a notification tone that its hit Gmail straight away,but can take upto twenty minutes to appear on VM's servers,which is poor.

Additionally as posted earlier in the week,I can set my clock to when I would normally receive certain emails on a daily basis(most of which are promo's and adverts so are of little importance)but at least I knew that I was receiving email properly,and without issue.

I'm not a tech savvy person,so please dont ask me any technical questions,if you're a moderator or an admin.

But given the amount of other Virgin customers in here who are suffering the EXACT same issue,there is plainly an issue at Virgin Media's end right,when it comes to receiving regular email correctly.

"Are YOU still encountering what at the moment is a incostistent service,wherby we continue to receive SOME emails,but is very much a hit and hope scenario?"

** Please moderators and admins,can you acknowledge that there is a problem for lots of people,for receiving emails correctly,and at the proper time -  PLEASE NOTE sending emails,is absolutely fine

I am still not receiving emails. Multiple emails from various accounts were sent to me yesterday eg from gmail.com,and plusnet plus but nothing has been delivered. Several emails were sent back to the  source  accounts stating that the sent emails had been delayed - all reporting the same error - Deferred: Connection timed out with mxin10.virginmedia.com. As of this morning still no emails.

Virgin Media - Please advise!

Yea,sending emails isnt a problem.

But if we can take anything out of the current situation,its to know that we are ALL in the same boat,and are suffering with the exact same problem.

Just to add myself to this list.

My bank texted me earlier today that they sent me an email but it did not reach me. Some less important emails are arriving in good time. I am also aware of two other emails in the last 48hrs that have not been received.

Should I presume those missing are permanently lost?

Also add me to the list, random spam emails coming through once in a while, but no important ones such as 2fa and order confirmations from 2 days ago. This is beyond a joke now!

Still the same for me after nearly a week.  I've noticed it especially with Amazon and ebay emails. Order confirmations from Amazon which normally arrive instantly haven't come at all.  I have sold items on ebay and the notifications haven't managed to traverse the Virgin Media systems, so I've been unaware.

I have been getting issues with emails not coming through, I am find that OTP messages sent via email are taking are taking over 15 mins to get through and often the expiry time is 15 mins, so difficulty in accessing sites. I have switched as I many as can to other options. This needs to be be sorted PDQ given the prevalence of OTP requirements.

Also someone tried to send me and 4 other people with blueyonder email address and they were bounced back, so she resent them today via hotmail which worked. 
There maybe other emails I have been sent but not received that I know nothing about.

As of about 12.30pm, I have started to receive emails again to my virginmedia.com  email accounts!
