Hi All,
I have an old virgin.net e-mail account and Virgin are deleting any that are not connected to a current VM account. Fine but I don't know how to connect the two and so avoid having my e-mail account deleted.
Does anyone know how to do this or how to contact the VM media team who monitor these massage boards, it seems bizarre to just post a message saying 'help me' and just hope someone reads it?

This is a Community message board, and not a direct fault line to VM as such. It can take a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and respond to you. If your need is urgent you will need to phone into VM, or Whatsapp or Chat.

To add to the info posted by Adduxi there is a specific requirement that must be fulfilled before VM can move the virgin.net email address to your current VM broadband account. Both the accounts must be in the same customer name and you will need to be able to clear security for both accounts.
