In the last day I can't access my emails I get message saying my account not verified I have tried everything but still can't get any results I am a disabled lady and I need help please.

Me too, it's noticeable no-one from Virgin has responded to either of us. I have financial and medical stuff going there and this is day three - but last time this happened it was all over news and forums, this time no-one but you has said anything! We do need answers on this 😞 First time I called I was told an engineer was fixing it, second time they claimed no knowledge of the outage 😞 Good old customer service.

I have just been on my phone with a tech ical advisor for over 30 minutes a d he assured me all fixed however I have just tried to get into my emails and it still asking g for verification and sign into account using password. NOTHING CHANGED
Iam disabled a nd elderly and my husband has vascular dementia I need to access email
