I was locked out of my ntl email account and was infromed to reset the password to regain access.
The problem is that this process is not working. It will not accept any passwaords that I try and they all meet the requirements.
I always get the error 'Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one'
I understand this is a common issue, but I will need access to my email.
Can anyobdy help?

Sorry to hear you are unable to reset your password.
I know you have posted this on another thread already here
What I can do is send you a private message to pass security and look at resetting the password from here.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
