I have encountered the dreaded FSB50 error code. I can't get into my emails via the Virgin Website, the google shortcut or via my mobile phone?
Can someone tell me how I can get back into my emails please. I have had this acoount for over 20 years.
thanks

It has been posted several times on this forum that the FSB50 error is linked to the use of privacy tools such as CCleaner and the security software KAMO that is bundled with it.
These provide added protection to block analytics and javascript which then seem to cause the VM sign in page to fail.
Posters have reported that the FSB80 error disappears when they uninstalled CCleaner and KAMO and made sure that javascript was enabled on their devices.
Here are a couple of posts that confirm that.

I hope that's helpful in your case.

Thanks for your suggestions but I don't have KAMO and CCleaner on my computer. I have cleared my Cookie cache and saved login passwords, but to no avail. I can no longer get into my general Virgin media Account either. I am not Tech Savvy so I don't know what to do next?

It has been reported that deleting cookies relating to Virgin Media and then closing and reopening the browser has solved the problem for some people.

To my knowledge VM have not provided any advice over and above what I have offered in this thread so apart from clearing the VM cookies again and then closing and reopening the browser there is not much more you can do.
One of the Forum Team (VM staff) will be contacting you via this forum thread in the the next day or so. Hopefully they may be able to offer more advice.

Is it giving you this exact same issues on every device you try?
Please try using Chrome on private mode and let me know if that's works for you. Cheers

I recently encountered the dreaded problem Error Code: FSB50
Eventually solved it by turning off Web Protection in Nord VPN. Hope this helps someone out there.
