I cannot access email again as account has been locked. This happened 2 days ago and did sent a seperate post.
I changed my password as instructed and has been reset for My Virgin Media.When I log in again I get the forbidden page.
Please can you sort this out?

It is the web mail that is the problem. I have managed to sort it by changing the password again. This generated a 4 word password for my mobile phone which did the reset. I mostly use webmail on a PC - windows 11 and occasionally the mobile.
Yes it is a repeat issue as I had trouble in the Autumn 2023 had have to reset it 3 times. I just want it to stop happening in the future as very disrupted.
