Hi , I had historically used my blueyonder email on my mobile phone with no problem until I had to have a new phone two weeks ago. I have lost access to it. Not being very technical minded I went and asked in the 02 shop, unfortunately they didn't know. I haven't got a clue how to go about it. Can you help ? Regards

@BN15 Is the blueyonder email address concerned part of your current Virgin Media broadband account?
If so you may need to follow the process to generate an app password in order to get the email account onto your new phone. See this help page: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account
If the email address is not linked to a current VM broadband account then it is on borrowed time as they should be deleted 90 days after the broadband account closes.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media, I'm a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work. Please read the FAQs

Hey BN15, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.
Can I just confirm sorry, you are an active customer with us?
You would need to be an active customer, if you aren't and this has been over 90 days emails do stop working because they become disconnected.
