Hi all, my wife is having some real issues with her @blueyonder.co.uk email address, which I understand is now hosted by Virgin. The account has clearly been hacked, as she keeps getting "mail delivery failed" emails from various emails addresses she has never emailed !! We have tried to change her email password, but the Virgin website doesn't recognise her @blueyonder.co.uk email address ?! Any suggestions from anyone, thanks 👍

Blueyonder email accounts have been part of Virgin Media for many years.
However VM only supports them if they are still linked to a live VM media broadband contract.
If it is not linked to a live VM account, Blueyonder / Virgin Media should have deleted it 90 days after that Blueyonder / Virgin Media broadband account was closed. That is part of the Terms and Conditions of their broadband accounts. Sadly, VM often seemed to forget to do that,
Unless it is still part of a live broadband account all VM can do is to delete the email account to prevent the hacker from using it.
As an aside, VM stopped issuing new email accounts 2 1/2 years ago and the whole future of the VM email service is unclear.
One of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) will contact you via the forum in the next day or so and give you the official line.

Hi BlueyonderMike,
Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 😊
As coenoby has advised, if you have an active broadband account we can look into helping.
This would be an account holder only action, can you confirm if the account is in your name? If so, we can pop you over a private message.
