Blueyonder account password rejected, and cannot generate new one

The account has just started working.  I hadn't changed any settings, etc since the last try, so I can only assume that the new password took about 2 hours to register with the VM server (is that normal?).  I did also reboot my router, but I don't see how that could have affected anything.

Anyway, thanks for all your help - I wouldn't have got there without it!
