Blueyonder Inbox empty today

Today all my mails stored in the Inbox have disappeared, they were there last night.  Other folders are OK and new mails are reaching the inbox.  I use Thunderbird but also checked the Virgin mail site and they are not showing there either.  Is this a repeat of last year where Virgin lost all the mails?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with missing emails in your inbox.

There isn't an issue we're aware of on our email service. Have you made any recent changes to your settings at all that might explain why some emails are not being displayed?
