My Blueyonder email account was comprimised and sent emails to everybody in my contacts, now I am able to send from the account in Outlook but do not recieve any new emails.
When I try to log into the account online it does not accept the password and when I try to reset it I don't know what VirginMedia account it is linked to.

Hello, my Blueyonder email looks to have been sending out Spam and a redirect setup on any emails are sent to it. While it is still working through Outlook I am unable to log into mail.virginmedia.com to stop the redirect. Is there any way of accessing it?
