Hi
I had a Blueyonder email address, that I hardly used. Last week I received an email saying my email/password has been compromised and stating my password and asking for money. I went online to try to log in to change the password but I could not log in as they have changed it. Can someone at Virgin cancel the account please? This is a huge security issue and I need help in closing this account down. Please contact me directly

We've raised it to IT to delete the email for you now, their timescales are 5 working days, should be a lot sooner though 🙂
