Have you tried using webmail and using an email app?

Is this email linked to your current VM broadband account?

I am getting the same thing. It's driving me nuts!!! I can't sign in to my account or app. I always get this message. Ready to quit virgin media.

I can get my emails. Just not access to my account to view bills and such

I'm getting the same error when trying to gain access to my virgin media. I noticed this about half an hour ago but thought it was just something on my account.

I'm getting the same error, also since yesterday evening, on every browser I've tried.  I can't access my account at all.  'Service status' shows all okay but clearly it isn't!
