Archived Emails have been lost?

I have just been moved onto Virginmedia's new Outlook client. The folders and settings all appear to have switched over ok - accept I cannot access the old clients archive folder where I used to store a lot of old emails.

 

Does anyone know how I can access these old archived emails and bring them over into the new Outlook?

 

Any help here would be appreciated

Were these archived on the VM webmail site as well?  Not a safe practice, but if they are there you can import them to Outlook.

Outlook is a Microsoft product so you might be able to get some help from their support forum.

Just to clarify - are you able to view the historic emails via our Webmail service 👉 https://virg.in/webmail 

As the community have advised we are a little limited with what support we can provide for 3rd party apps and services, but if the emails are missing from our webmail service this can indicate an issue we may be able to help with.
