Just can't log on since early morning. It says unavailable at the moment.
It's tells me to check my setting. Instead should come clean and say it down and apologise

I have just tested and VM email is working ok for me via their webmail service and via the Thunderbird app.
Enter your post code into their Service Checker https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status to see if their any issues specific to your area.
The "Unavailable" error means that VM have locked your email account for some reason. You can usually unlock the account by resetting the password:
