Got a phishing email, which I forwarded on to Virgin only to get
The following addresses failed:
host mxin5.virginmedia.com [84.116.6.18]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<phishing@virginmedia.com>:
550 5.1.1 MXIN505 mailbox phishing@virginmedia.com is full ;id=2ywvscx9CtNsP2ywvs7wm3;sid=2ywvscx9CtNsP;mta=mx10-prd-nl1-vmo;d=20240503;t=215205[CET];ipsrc=84.116.50.41;

Haha if it's full then you have quite correctly busted VM on this one. The address you sent it to is correct https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Digital-life/What-to-do-with-phishing-emails/ba-p/3963666

Is the screenshot showing the message header of concern inline in the body of the message from Mail Delivery System <postmaster@virginmedia.com> with subject Mail delivery failed : returned to sender?
